About this Plan

The Shareholder Plan is Evergreen Assets Limited's exclusive equity participation programme, offering investors a direct stake in the platform's revenue and growth. Unlike traditional investment plans where returns are fixed, Shareholder Plan participants receive a proportional share of Evergreen's net platform revenue — meaning as the platform grows and attracts more investors, your returns grow with it. WHAT YOU OWN Shareholder Plan investors receive Evergreen Equity Units (EEUs) — digital equity instruments representing a proportional claim on the platform's net revenue pool. The revenue pool is funded by management fees collected across all investment plans, property transaction fees, and performance fees on above-benchmark returns. As Evergreen's assets under management (AUM) grow, the revenue pool expands, and EEU holders benefit directly. PLATFORM GROWTH TRAJECTORY Evergreen Assets Limited has grown AUM by 340% over the past 18 months, driven by word-of-mouth referrals, institutional partnerships, and the launch of new asset categories. Current AUM stands at $180M, with a target of $500M by end of 2026. At $500M AUM and a blended management fee of 1.8%, the annual revenue pool available for distribution to Shareholder Plan holders would exceed $9M. REVENUE DISTRIBUTION Shareholder Plan revenue is distributed monthly. The distribution amount varies based on platform performance but has averaged 12% annually since the programme's inception. In strong growth months, distributions have reached 18–22% annualised. There is no cap on upside — if the platform performs exceptionally, so do Shareholder Plan investors. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Shareholder Plan investors receive priority access to new investment opportunities before they are opened to the general investor base, a dedicated relationship manager, quarterly investor calls with the Evergreen leadership team, and invitations to exclusive in-person investor events in Dubai, London, and New York. MINIMUM INVESTMENT The Shareholder Plan requires a minimum investment of $5,000 and is available to verified investors only. This exclusivity ensures that the revenue pool is shared among a committed, long-term investor community.
